Michele C. Evangelista-Lehnus

Ms. Evangelista-Lehnus has been employed in the industry for over 18 years and has been employed at FMS since 2003. Michele overlooks both the Training and Quality Assurance departments which create and maintain the FMS compliance culture. In this position, Michele has the unique ability to train all new hires in their roles at FMS, then monitor their progression as Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer. Michele is also instrumental in creating training materials and writing company policies/procedures for Operations, Clerical and Bookkeeping and is also the Point of Contact for the CFPB Portal. Michele’s leadership in making sure that every agent is ready once they’re on the floor is a major strength for FMS
