Willen S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Willen is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer - Analytics at FM:Systems since October 2021.

Before that, they worked at BairesDev from 2019 to 2021. In 2015, they were employed at Oi S.A as an IT Specialist (Web, Mobility and UX/Innovation and Development). Their responsibilities included maintaining and evolving web and mobile applications, managing projects, performing business analysis, and participating in budget meetings.

In January 2018, they received the DELE - Spanish Diploma Level C1 (Effective Operational Proficiency) from the Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte de España. Moreover, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in February 2011.
