Christopher D.

Christopher D. has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services industry since 1992. Christopher started their career as a Board Member at Italian Car Parts, where they worked until 2017. Christopher then joined Ikon Merchant Consultants as Senior Vice President, providing customers with inventory management, customer database management, business loans, integration services, web development, analytics, marketing & advertising, merchant processing, and other services to help businesses grow. In 2015, they became Vice President of Investments at Paulson Investment Company LLC, a leading national boutique investment bank. In 2012, they took on the role of President/CEO and Registered Investment Advisor at DeGroat Financial Services, a boutique investment firm providing 401k and retirement plans, brokerage and wealth management accounts. Christopher also founded Just Us Guys - Making a Difference in Wilsonville in 2013, a 501(c)3 not for profit corporation. In 1996, they worked as a Senior Investment Manager at Phillips and Company Wealth Strategies. In 2018, they became Licensing Manager at FMT Solutions and in 2019, they joined Dirt Road Rigs, LLC as a Board Member.

Christopher D. attended West Linn from 1987 to 1991, Clackamas Community College from 1991 to 1994, Mt. Hood Community College in 1994, and Marylhurst University from 1995 to 1996. Christopher obtained their Series 7 - General Securities Representative certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in June 1996, their Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in March 1996, and their Series 65 - Uniform Investment Advisor certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in March 2004.
