Tony Jonas

Tony Jonas has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked for various companies such as FMT, Transformational Industries LLC, Keter, Simpler Consulting, Flambeau Inc., Lear Corporation, HAPPICO, Freudenberg-NOK, and GenCorp Automotive. Tony has held various leadership positions such as President, CEO, COO, Director, Plant Manager, and General Manager. Throughout their career, they have been involved in Lean and Continuous Improvement, Strategic Planning, Execution, Best Practices, and Organization and Culture Development. Tony has experience leading and managing multi-plant operations, implementing cost reduction strategies, and driving business growth through strategic acquisitions, product innovation, and operational excellence.

Tony Jonas earned a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University between 1982 and 1987. Tony then went on to pursue an MBA degree, specializing in Operations Management, at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business between 1991 and 1996.
