Maxine Dash, MCIPD, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Maxine currently holds the position of Head of People & Talent at Fnality International, where they focus on agile HR practices and employee experience.

Prior to their current role, Maxine worked at Crowe UK as a Senior HR Manager, providing support to global technology-biased clients. Maxine built professional relationships with executive teams and their global workforce, assisting in employee relations, immigration, change management, and scale-up projects. Maxine also had a proactive focus on business development, talent opportunities, and compliance and risk strategies.

Before their time at Crowe UK, Maxine served as an HR Business Partner at Nationwide Building Society, where they managed HR change initiatives and strategic organizational interventions. Maxine played a key role in leading, facilitating, and participating in change initiatives impacting employees and customer service.

Maxine also gained valuable experience at Serco, where they held the positions of HR Business Partner and People Services Business Partner. Maxine provided high-end support to the executive team, delivered HR expertise to increase organizational capability, and implemented HR interventions and campaigns. Maxine was responsible for delivering HR services in the Southwest region and contributing to the development of the HR model.

Additionally, Maxine worked as an HR Advisor and Shared Service Lead at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, where they advised and devised people plans for 350 employees. Maxine also served as an HR Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, focusing on talent acquisition and training implementation, and as a Human Resources Operations Manager at Q-Hotels, where they oversaw key HR projects and managed department heads.

Maxine's career in HR started at Hilton Worldwide, where they held the position of Cluster Assistant HR Manager, supporting multiple hotels within the cluster. Throughout their career, Maxine has demonstrated a strong focus on talent management, strategic planning, and driving organizational growth.

Maxine Dash, MCIPD, holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from MOL Learn, earned between 2009 and 2012. Maxine also obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) from North East Scotland College, completed from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Maxine has achieved several certifications, including "The Future of Workplace Learning" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Agile HR Certified Practitioner" from Agile HR Community in 2021, and "Level 7, Human Resources Management" from CIPD Qualifications in 2014.
