Suzie Ulrich Pingel

Suzie Ulrich Pingel has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Suzie is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Lead, Information Technology Group) at The Standard since October 2020. Before that, they worked at Cielo Talent as a Senior Recruiter for five years, where they handled recruitment for various companies including The Standard, Walmart Inc., Owens & Minor, HighPoint Global, and Staples Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Rogers Memorial Hospital from December 2013 to October 2015. Suzie also gained experience as a Recruiter and Hiring Consultant at Accolo from February 2012 to December 2013. Suzie began their career as a Recruiter at ePrize in July 2011 and also worked as a Human Resources Intern at Rasmussen College from April 2010 to July 2011.

Suzie Ulrich Pingel obtained a BA degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Winona State University in 2009. Suzie furthered their education by earning an MA degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Elmhurst University from 2009 to 2011. In 2020, Suzie obtained additional certifications in Building Business Relationships, Building Professional Relationships, and The Art of Connection through LinkedIn.
