Stephan Mahnke

Stephan Mahnke, CFA is currently the Head of Customer Management & Growth at Fnality International, where they are responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the critical function of Customer Management & Growth for the world's first regulated, DLT-based wholesale settlement system. In this role, they are accountable for the full lifecycle of clients, including acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing management. Stephan also handles client due diligence, legal and technical onboarding, and escalation management.

Prior to their current role, Stephan served as the Commercial Director at Fnality International and held various positions at Deutsche Bank. Notably, at Deutsche Bank, they were the Director|Global Head of Institutional Clients Transformation Initiatives and Director|Head of GBP Clearing & Institutional Clients Products UK. In these roles, they had UK accountability for all Institutional Clients Products, including GBP Clearing, and represented Deutsche Bank's relationship with various UK Financial Market Infrastructure providers and industry bodies. Additionally, Stephan served as the Deputy COO for Global Product Management and Secretary of the Product Management Executive Committee at Deutsche Bank, overseeing financial and workforce management, strategic change project management, relationship and communication management, and legal and compliance matters. Stephan also held roles in global regulatory portfolio management, global service level management, business and vendor management, and started their career as a Graduate Trainee at the bank.

Stephan Mahnke, CFA obtained a Diplom in Business Information Systems from the University of Applied Science Regensburg in 2006. Stephan also holds additional certifications including a Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers which they obtained in 2018, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute which they obtained in 2016. Stephan is currently pursuing the certification "Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles" from HarvardX, an online learning initiative of Harvard University.
