Benny Soko

Benny Soko has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Benny started their career as an Audit Associate at Deloitte in January 2010, before moving to PwC as an Audit Associate in May 2010. In 2012, Benny joined FNB Zambia as a Management Accountant, gradually progressing to roles like Finance Manager for Vehicle & Asset Finance and Commercial & Business Banking. From January 2017 to August 2019, they served as the Finance Manager for Management Reporting. Benny then became the Senior Finance Manager - Business Performance at FNB Zambia until March 2023. In April 2023, Benny was appointed as the Business Strategy & Decisions Head at FNB Zambia. Alongside their corporate career, Benny co-founded Shine Kitchens Limited in December 2016 and has been a co-business owner since then.

Benny Soko completed their Bachelor of Accountancy degree in Accounting and Finance from The Copperbelt University, where they attended from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Certificate in Diplomacy & Public Relations from the Zambia Centre for Diplomatic Studies in January 2013. Benny further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining a certification in "Building Strategic Agility: Applying a Systemic Approach to Agility" from Duke Corporate Education in March 2023.
