Namuya Negaara Kabeta

Namuya Negaara Kabeta is a skilled business professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as a Business Process Specialist at FNB Zambia since February 2023, Namuya previously held multiple key positions at Atlas Mara Zambia, including Head of Business Transformation and Organisation and Methods Manager. Namuya's career also includes roles at BancABC, where responsibilities ranged from Management Trainee to Loan Operations Intern, and experience at UBA Group, Citi, and Bank of Zambia in various internship capacities. Namuya holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Zambia, a Professional Diploma in Banking and Financial Services from the Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services, a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from The Copperbelt University, as well as additional qualifications in Business Development and Leadership.
