Yotham Zgambo

Yotham Zgambo has over a decade of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as a Dispute Analyst at FNB Zambia since September 2018, and previously held the role of Operations Processing Administrator. Prior experience includes positions such as Customer Service Advisor/ATM Custodian at Intermarket Banking Corporation from February 2012 to November 2016, and Customer Sales and Service Representative at Madison Life Insurance Company Zambia Limited from October 2010 to February 2012. Yotham Zgambo began a career in sales as a Sales/Lead Generator at Barclays Bank Zambia PLC from March 2008 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Banking and Finance from the Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services, achieved between 2011 and 2013.
