Candace Racz

Candace Racz has extensive experience in the banking and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Mortgage Loan Origination Team Leader and AVP at FNBC Bank & Trust since October 2015. Prior roles include Senior Retail Banker and Retail Banker & Lender at the same institution, as well as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Fox Valley from March 2009 to November 2021. Candace also held positions as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Retail Banker at State Bank of Illinois from June 2004 to October 2015, and began a career in banking as a teller, progressing to Personal Banker. Candace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has additional educational experience from Northern Illinois University.
