William Iaculla

William Iaculla has a strong background in banking and lending, with over 30 years of experience. William began their career as a Credit Analyst at Pioneer Bank & Trust in 1983, where they developed a computerized loan pricing model to improve profitability. William then moved on to Capitol Bank & Trust in 1985, where they served as an Assistant Vice President, completing credit analysis and training credit department staff. In 1986, they joined First of America Bank as a Vice President and Group Manager, responsible for the administration of a loan portfolio of $36.4 million and a group portfolio of $97 million. In 1998, they joined Bridgeview Bank Group as a Senior Vice President, leading the Suburban Lending Group with financial assets exceeding $490 million. Most recently, they served as the Executive Vice President-Chief Loan Officer at FNBC Bank & Trust, overseeing all lending sales activities and managing a portfolio of approximately $280 million in loans.

William Iaculla earned a Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities from DePaul University in 1983. William then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Accountancy at the same university, which they completed in 1994.
