Deborah Kennedy

Deborah Kennedy, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Deborah started their career at The Pampered Chef as a Senior Sales Manager, where they held the position for 12 years. In 2008, they joined Community Bank and Trust as a Branch Manager and continued in the position until 2010. Deborah then moved on to Penn Security Bank, where they worked as a Branch Manager from November 2010 to June 2015. At the same time, they also served as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company from December 2010 to July 2015. Since June 2015, Deborah has been employed at FNCB Bank as the Vice President and Retail Market Manager, overseeing 16 branches in Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wayne counties. Their responsibilities at FNCB Bank include managing and leading the branches, developing and implementing sales and service plans, and contributing to the strategic planning and goal-setting processes of the bank.

Deborah Kennedy, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications at King's College from 1979 to 1983. Deborah obtained their MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Capella University from 2006 to 2010.
