Joyce Groza

Joyce Groza has extensive experience in the banking industry. Joyce began their career at Ridgewood Savings Bank in 2002, where they held the position of A.V.P and Accounting Officer until March 2019. In 2019, they joined FNCB Bank as an Accounting Officer and later progressed to the role of Assistant to Vice President. Joyce is currently serving as V.P. and Accounting Manager at FNCB Bank.

Joyce Groza holds a Bachelor's degree from Queens College, and has completed the Emerging Leaders Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
