Gregg Honigblum

Mr. Honigblum rejoined Westlake Securities as a Managing Director in 2021. Mr. Honigblum has over 35 years of experience as a financier for emerging growth companies specializing in the healthcare sector. In 2016, Mr. Honigblum co-founded and is a Director for Healthgrowth Pharmacy Solutions, an advisory Company and Group Purchasing Organization for the 22,000 independent pharmacies in the U.S. From 2014-2016, he was a Managing Director at Westlake Securities leading their healthcare banking practice. From 2001-2013, he was the CEO and co-founder of Creation Capital LLC and Creation Capital Advisors, an investment banking firm and Broker Dealer with offices in New York City and Austin, Texas. He has raised over $500 million in private equity, and has been instrumental in providing early stage capital for Myriad Genetics, Inc(symbol MYGN), one of the first molecular diagnostics companies, and was an early investor and financier for Acacia Biosciences which merged with Rosetta Inpharmatics, Inc. and acquired by Merck for $620 million. Mr. Honigblum holds a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Honigblum holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
