Chris Smith

Chris Smith, CIC, has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Community Leader at FNIC Trusted Insurance Advisors since February 2017, Chris previously held the roles of President and Commercial Sales Manager at Union Agency, Inc. from October 2007 to February 2017. Prior to that, Chris was Vice President at The Harry A. Koch Co., specializing in workers' compensation as a property and casualty insurance broker and consultant from February 1995 to October 2007. Chris began a career in insurance as an Account Executive at Cleaveland Insurance Group from January 1986 to December 1994. Educational background includes attendance at Illinois College in 1977-1978 and Rockridge High School from 1973 to 1977.
