Leann Kinkade

Leann Kinkade has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Leann most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at FNIC Trusted insurance advisors and prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company.

Before joining FNIC Trusted insurance advisors, Leann worked at Spreetail, where they held several positions, including Sr. Director of Talent Development, Director of Talent Development, Sr. Talent Development Manager, and Manager Development Lead. In these roles, they oversaw talent management, performance management, leadership development, and various other HR functions.

Leann also gained experience at Markel, where they served as the Manager & Talent Development Business Partner and the Sr. Training and Design Specialist. Leann'sresponsibilities included leading diversity and inclusion efforts, developing executive leadership programs, and designing training programs.

Early in their career, Leann worked at Cambridge Integrated Services as a Senior Claims Examiner, at Helena Public Schools as a Girls Volleyball Coach, at Montana State Fund as a Claims Examiner, and at Applied Underwriters as a Medical Only Examiner and Examiner.

Leann Kinkade obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Leann also holds a certification in AINS from The Institutes.
