Nicolas Brochard is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at FNX-INNOV since May 2021, Nicolas previously held roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist at Intelcom Express, where strategies for candidate attraction and recruitment processes were developed and implemented, and Project Coordinator for Recruitment at Adecco, providing support on critical projects. Earlier in career, Nicolas managed the complete recruitment cycle as HR Manager at Place Deschamps, focusing on human resource management and event organization. Additional experience includes serving as HR Coordinator at Agence Hélène Roy, negotiating contracts and overseeing administrative tasks related to employee management. Nicolas holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Université TÉLUQ.
