Virginie Hébert

Virginie HECQ currently serves as Cheffe de service at AFEJI, a position held since April 2014, where responsibility includes supporting establishments by promoting the development of innovative projects and services tailored to individual needs. Previous roles at AFEJI include Chargée de mission QVT, focusing on the deployment of quality of life policies within Human Resources, and Responsable qualité, overseeing quality improvement initiatives across various establishments. Prior to AFEJI, Virginie HECQ worked at the Fondation de l'Armée du Salut from September 2004 to March 2014, with roles including Adjointe de direction for the accommodation pole and managing various emergency housing programs.
