Charlene Cooper

Charlene Cooper is currently the Group Chief of Staff at FNZ. Prior to their current position, Ms. Cooper held various positions at Goldman Sachs, ING, and Tokio Marine Europe Insurance Ltd.

Ms. Cooper began their career in 2005 as a Marine Underwriting Assistant at Tokio Marine Europe Insurance Ltd. In this role, they assisted with the Marine Cargo, Freight, and Subsea business. Charlene then transitioned to ING in 2010 where they became a Trading, Sales Assistant and PA to Head of Business Management. At Goldman Sachs, Ms. Cooper served as an Executive Personal Assistant from 2012 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for assisting PIPG Desk and Co-head of Global Sales Strats & Structuring.

In their current role as Group Chief of Staff at FNZ, Ms. Cooper is responsible for supervising a team of 10 assistants on the securities trading floor.

Charlene Cooper reports to Adrian Durham, Group CEO. Some of their coworkers include Tom Chard - Chief Executive Officer, North America, Scott Webster - Chief Executive Officer, FNZ Securities, and Vian Sharif - Group Head of Sustainability.
