Adam Davies

Adam Davies currently serves as the Group Chief of Staff at Rolls-Royce since January 2023. Prior to this role, Adam was the CEO of the Beijing Aero-Engine Services Company Ltd (BAESL), a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Air China, from January 2022 to March 2023. Adam's extensive experience at Rolls includes roles such as Vice President for Greater China, Commercial Director of Large Engine Programmes, and Head of Sourcing & Commercial for Turbines, among others, accumulated over a tenure from September 2008 to March 2022. Adam holds a Master's degree in Chinese & Business from the University of Leeds.
