David Hood

David Hood has extensive experience in change management and client services, currently serving as the Director of Change for Europe at FNZ Group since January 2019, after previously holding positions as Client Director and Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining FNZ Group, David worked at IBM from June 2010 to December 2018, where roles included Managing Consultant and RFS Manager, focusing on customer relations and technical service management at client sites such as AstraZeneca. David holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business and ICT from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2012.
