Ian Jenkins

Ian Jenkins currently serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for FNZ in the UK, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ian was the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Aberdeen from April 2023 to September 2025 and held a Non-Executive Director position at Starling Bank from August 2021 until September 2025. Ian's previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial and Risk Officer at Diem Networks from November 2020 to March 2023, and fulfilling various roles at Standard Life Aberdeen, including Interim Finance Manager and Senior Consultant from May 2019 to October 2020. A significant portion of Ian's career was spent at HSBC, occupying multiple senior roles from October 2006 to March 2019, including Group General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for Global Functions. Additionally, Ian was Chief Risk Officer at Santander UK from October 2003 to September 2006 and held executive positions at Credit Suisse from September 1990 to June 2003. Ian Jenkins is an ACA graduate from Spicer & Pegler and holds a Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from City, St George’s, University of London.
