Josie Knight

Josie Knight has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Josie started their career at Helphire in 2004, where they held positions such as Senior Claims Advisor, Team Leader, Implementation Champion, and Business Analyst. During their time at Helphire, they worked on various projects, including the deployment of a bespoke claims handling system and the setup of a pilot cross-functional team. In 2011, Josie joined FNZ Group and worked as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and currently holds the position of Global Head of X-Hub. Their role at FNZ Group involves overseeing global operations and ensuring efficient product development and delivery.

Josie Knight pursued their education from 2000 to 2004 at the University of Bath, earning a BSc 2.1 Honours degree in the field of Architecture.
