Lee Crampton

Lee Crampton serves as the Group Head of Workplace Technology at FNZ Group since July 2021, leading a team of over 80 professionals to manage workplace technology across more than 70 locations globally. Responsibilities include developing a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and integrating systems seamlessly. Previously, Lee held positions such as Head of IT Operations at James Hay Partnership and various roles at John Lewis Partnership, where responsibilities included overseeing IT service delivery, infrastructure management, and IP telephony technology. Lee holds an HND in Computer Science from De Montfort University, obtained between 1998 and 2000.
