Matěj Buchta

Matěj Buchta is a Senior People Operations Generalist at FNZ Group, responsible for assisting the HR team in maintaining and administering the Human Resources function and supporting employees and managers in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Matěj worked at Conduent as a HR Specialist Senior, where Matěj acted as a business partner to managers, implemented new HR processes, created policies, and analyzed attrition and warning letters.
