Group Chief People Officer at FNZ Group

Renata Mrazova joined FNZ as Group Chief People Officer in January 2023, based in Prague, Czech Republic.

Within this role, Renata is responsible for developing FNZ’s long-term people strategy, ensuring that they build the structure, talent and capabilities needed moving forward as they continue their mission of opening up wealth.

Renata brings an impressive track record to FNZ, developed throughout an extensive career in senior leadership across the global financial sector.

She has held the position of both CFO and CEO at ING Group for the Czech and Slovak Republic, the CEO at Direct Pojistovna, and began her career at Astra, where she became the CFO and coordinated the merger with British Zeneca. Her career then transitioned into people management when she was promoted from NN’s CEO for the Czech and Slovak Republic to NN’s Global Head of HR.

Renata joined FNZ from her most recent role as Group Chief People Officer at the leading consumer finance provider, Home Credit International, where she successfully implemented a range of people management improvements to compensation, evaluation, HR digitization, learning and development, coaching and training.

Her impact has been recognised throughout her career. She has been included several times in the prestigious list of top 25 female Czech business leaders, named the 8th most powerful Czech businesswomen by Czech Forbes, and has been named the most influential businesswoman in the Czech market.

Renata is also involved in several projects which promote the inclusion of women in executive positions, including co-founding Impact & Inspire, a network dedicated to improving inclusion and diversity through mentoring, coaching, workshops, events and conferences.

Renata holds a degree in Finance and Business from the University of Economics, Prague, and lives with her husband and two daughters.
