Frank David Carvalho has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Frank David began their career in 1994 as a Marketing Analyst at Merck. Frank David then joined Leo Burnett Worldwide as a Group Account Director and International Account Director in the same year. In 2003, they became the Account Management and Regional Account Director at Leo Burnett Worldwide, where they were responsible for the overall business relationship with General Motors' 3 brands and their 2000+ dealers. In 2008, they moved to Vodafone Czech Republic as the Senior Brand and Marketing Director, leading all the planning, development and implementation of all of the Vodafone's marketing strategies, marketing communications and customer experience activities. In 2011, they joined Publicis Groupe as the European Business Lead and Social Media Operations Director, leading the Cannes-winning European business for the world’s second largest technology company (SAMSUNG). Frank David then moved to Hogarth Worldwide as the Account Management Director North America & Global Business Director in 2016, where they provided strategic leadership for an account team of 45 that generated more than $50M in revenue in America & Canada. In 2020, they became the Managing Director Western Europe at Brand New Galaxy Amsterdam, directing all the activities of the business while ensuring bottom-line profitability. Frank David then joined Brand New Galaxy as the Global Growth & Integration Leader in 2022, leading global new business strategy and outreach for e-commerce, digital and consumer content capabilities. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Global CMO at Foap, a global leader in consumer generated content with a community of 4.5 million creators in 194 countries. Frank David is in charge of Foap’s marketing & sales efforts and acts as a visionary & an executor to build awareness and attract new business from the ad industry and the marketing community.

Frank David Carvalho has a diverse educational background. Frank David obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Northeastern University in Business Administration/Marketing & Finance. Frank David then went on to obtain two Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees, one from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in International Business & German, and the other from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in International Business & German. Frank David also attended Alliance Manchester Business School to study European Business & Cultural Development. Theireducational journey began in high school, where they attended Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School.
