Jon Haydock

Jon Haydock has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Chief Technology Officer at Fobi, a leading AI and data intelligence company. In this role, Jon works with large global organizations across various industries to digitally transform and future-proof their organizations. Prior to Fobi, Jon served as the Director of Engineering at Open Ocean Robotics, where they played a key role in developing autonomous, solar energy-harvesting boats to collect oceanic information. Jon also worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Ingrooves Music Group, where they built and managed teams to develop accounting software and digital asset management systems. Additionally, Jon has held positions such as Director of Engineering at Vandrico Solutions Inc., Director of Software Engineering at Bit Stew Systems, and Technology Architect at Blast Radius. Jon began their career as a web developer at Interactive Dimension and has had experiences in various roles and responsibilities throughout their career journey.

Jon Haydock completed their education at the University of Warwick from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a B.Eng (Hons) degree in Computer Systems Engineering. In 2010, they attended the Justice Institute of British Columbia and studied Collaborative Conflict Resolution, Conflict Theory, and Negotiation Skills Level I. Jon has also earned various certifications, including a Machine Learning certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in October 2016. Jon became a Chartered Engineer (CEng) through the Engineering Council (UK) in 2011. In 2009, Jon obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster, MCITP: Database Developer on SQL Server 2005, and MCTS: SQL Server 2005. Jon is an esteemed member (MIET) of the Institution of Engineering and Technology since 1996. Additionally, Jon holds a Dive Master certification from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) obtained in 2005.
