Randal A. Zala

Randal A. Zala has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as the Engineering Development Leader for Architectural Systems at Focal Point, LLC since December 2016. Previously, Randal held various mechanical engineering positions at Focal Point, LLC, including Senior Project Mechanical Engineer and Project Mechanical Engineer. Prior experience includes an undergraduate research assistant role at the University of Illinois at Chicago and mechanical engineering internships at both Focal Point, LLC and Diesel Radiator Company. Randal began a career in motorsports as a front-end mechanic with Newman Wachs Racing and Dreyer & Reinbold Racing. Randal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed in 2016.
