Halvor Kvifte

Halvor Kvifte has worked in a variety of roles since 1992. Halvor began their career at Tandberg Data as a Project Manager and Mechanical Designer. Halvor then moved to Adigo AS in 1998, where they held the roles of Project Manager and Mechanical Designer. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at Repant ASA as a Project Manager, Product Manager, and Mechanical Designer, designing sheet metal mechanics in IDEAS 3D CAD and assembling, testing, and modifying prototypes and early production models. Halvor then founded StoreLoft in 2007 and Step Offshore AS in 2008, where they held the roles of Development Manager, QA/HSE Manager, and Project Manager. In 2013, they founded StorePal Systems AS, designing all mechanics in 3D SolidWorks, and custom electronics and cables for prototypes. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Peakvent AS / Warm Systems AS as a Senior Mechanical Designer, designing mechanics in SolidWorks 3D CAD, producing more than 1,000 3D-prints using various FDM printers, and assembling, testing, and modifying prototypes. In 2020, they became Self-Employed as a Self Builder, and in 2021 they began working at Rift Labs as a Mechatronic Engineer / Project Manager.

Halvor Kvifte attended Ringerike Videregående Skole from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained their high school degree. Halvor then went on to attend the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering & Product Development.
