Bradley Douglas

Bradley Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bradley is currently working as a Certified Business and Executive Coach at FocalPoint, starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Neovia Logistics for a significant period, holding multiple roles. From 2017 to 2023, they were the Vice President of Sales Standards & Governance, responsible for overseeing sales operations. Before that, they served as the Director of Sales Operations and Marketing from 2014 to 2017, and as a Senior Manager of Commercial Operations from 2013 to 2014. Before joining Neovia Logistics, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at AmeriCold Logistics from 2011 to 2013. In 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Bankruptcy Objections Analyst at Prommis Solutions. Prior to that, they were a Client Services Manager at Campaign Mojo from 2007 to 2009. Bradley also has experience in the mortgage and financial industry, working as a Mortgage Underwriter at SouthStar Funding from 2005 to 2007, and as a National Sales Officer from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Advisor at American Express from 2001 to 2002, and as an Account Manager at Integrated Telemanagement Solutions from 1999 to 2001. Bradley started their career in the US Army, serving as part of a rapid reaction force from 1994 to 1998, where they developed leadership skills and underwent significant mental, emotional, and physical stress.

Bradley Douglas began their education journey in 2000 when they enrolled at American InterContinental University. From 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Marketing.

Later, in 2009, Bradley briefly attended the University of San Francisco where they obtained a Master's Certificate in Internet Marketing. This certificate program emphasized Advanced Web Analytics, Usability, and Social Media.

In terms of additional certifications, Bradley acquired a SalesOS Certification from ZoomInfo in August 2022. Bradley further achieved certification as a Certified Business Coach from FocalPoint in April 2023.
