Dulcee Loehn's work experience includes being the Owner/Certified Business/Executive Coach & Trainer at FocalPoint since December 2007. In this role, they are focused on driving belief, making dreams a reality, igniting extraordinary ideas, inspiring confidence, and building prosperity.

Prior to that, Dulcee was the Owner/Certified Business Coach at FocalPoint Business Performance. Established in 2007, the company was founded based on Dulcee's passion for igniting creative energy, driving growth, and supporting individuals to be themselves.

Before joining FocalPoint, Dulcee worked at Johnson Controls from December 2003 to February 2007. Dulcee held the positions of Financial Manager/Service Team Manager and Service Business Supervisor. As the Financial Manager/Service Team Manager, they had full financial management responsibility for an $18 million service business. Dulcee successfully transformed an underperforming department, improved team performance, and implemented new processes. As a Service Business Supervisor, Dulcee supervised a team, facilitated communication between departments, and ensured customer satisfaction.

Dulcee also worked as an Office Manager at All-World Scientific from 1993 to 1997. In this role, they handled day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, accounts receivable, and shipping.

Dulcee Loehn obtained a Masters of Science degree in Management & Organizational Effectiveness from the University of South Florida. Dulcee attended the University from 2004 to 2006.

Prior to their Masters degree, Dulcee Loehn earned a Bachelor of Biology degree from the University of South Florida College of Arts and Sciences. Dulcee studied Biology from 1989 to 1991.

Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, Dulcee Loehn completed an Associate of Arts degree in Biology at St. Petersburg College. Dulcee attended the college from 1986 to 1989.

Dulcee Loehn obtained their high school diploma from Clearwater High School in 1986.

In addition to their formal education, Dulcee Loehn has obtained several certifications. Dulcee is certified in Conversational Intelligence by Benchmark Communications, Inc. and The CreatingWE Institute. Dulcee Loehn received this certification in August 2019.

Dulcee Loehn is a Licensed Navigational Conversations Facilitator, certified by Leadscape Learning in June 2014.

Dulcee is also a Brian Tracy Sales Success Intensive Certified Trainer and a Brian Tracy Certified Business Coach, both obtained in 2014. The certifications were awarded by Brian Tracy International and FocalPoint, respectively.
