James Herbert

James Herbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and business coaching. Currently serving as a FocalPoint Business Coach since August 2023, James also works as a Commercial Mortgage Broker at Atlantic Investment Capital since September 2021 and handles Property Acquisition at The Hamptons Group since January 2016. Previously, a Business Coach at Avance Business Coaching for a brief period in August 2023, James spent nearly three decades at American Airlines from 1985 to 2013, where roles included EPQA Continuous Improvement lead, training facilitator, customer service instructor, and leadership development. James holds an Associate of Science degree in Aeronautics from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology.
