Jeff Carlton

Jeff Carlton began their work experience in 1991 with the US Navy, where they served as a Naval Aviator and F/A-18 Pilot. Jeff then participated in a US Navy exchange program with the Canadian Air Force, serving as a NATO Exchange Pilot with the 441 Tactical Fighter Squadron. In 2002, they joined the Montana AIR National Guard, where they held various roles including F-16 Instructor Pilot, Wing Chief of Staff, and Director of Operations for the 186th Fighter Squadron. Jeff also served as Inspector General for the 120th Airlift Wing, managing compliance programs and inspections. In 2022, Jeff worked as a Consultant before joining FocalPoint in 2023 as a Business Coach.

Jeff Carlton has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Arizona. Jeff also has a Master's degree in Aerospace Sciences from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2008-2009, they attended the USAF Air War College, where they earned a degree in USAF Air War College with a field of study in Military USAF and Joint Doctrine.
