John Kelly

John Kelly's work experience begins in 1997, where they worked as a District Business Manager at Coors Brewing Company, responsible for distribution and marketing in a 3-state region. John launched sales and marketing programs and mentored a team to achieve sales goals and talent development.

In 2000, John was promoted to Field Operations Director at Coors Brewing Company, where they managed distributor consolidations and product supply in multiple states. John implemented changes in employee onboarding, chain communication, and distributor structure, resulting in increased productivity and territory market share growth.

In 2005, John joined The HEINEKEN Company as a Group Distributor Manager. John managed and grew a $320M Florida distributor network, overseeing marketing and pricing. John also led a team of direct reports and collaborated with a matrix team.

John's next role was at MillerCoors, starting in 2007 as a Unit Sales Manager. John managed sales managers and chain account managers, achieving significant distribution and recognition for top introduction performance.
