Jon Lazarow

Jon Lazarow has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 1992, they began their career at bp as a Retail Territory Supervisor, where they were responsible for managing site managers and achieving sales targets.

In 1996, Lazarow joined Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions and held multiple positions, including International Marketing Coord-Analyst, Manager Business Analysis, Finance Manager, Procurement Manager, General Manager of a joint venture, Director of Foodservice Marketing, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Marketing & Product Planning. During their time at Emerson, Lazarow demonstrated strong leadership skills and successfully led teams, implemented strategies, and achieved significant sales growth.

In 2022, Lazarow became the President and Owner of PURT Holdings Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations.

Currently, they are also a Certified Business Coach and Trainer at FocalPoint, where they empower community business owners to achieve life balance and sustainable financial certainty by building better businesses. Lazarow works with organizations to change leaders' behaviors and unlock the potential of their teams.

Jon Lazarow's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance, with Honors, from Thunderbird School of Global Management, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a BSBA degree in Marketing and International Business, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In 1991, Jon also participated in a study abroad program focused on the European Union at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jon Lazarow has obtained certifications in executive coaching and business coaching. Jon became a Certified Executive Coach from FocalPoint in October 2022 and a Certified Business Coach from the same institution in August 2022.
