Mark R. Steinke

Mark R. Steinke has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 1998, they served as the Director of International Recruitment at Lucent Corporation, where they developed and implemented recruiting strategies in EMEA, Asia, and Latin America. Following the merger with Lucent Technologies, they also took on worldwide responsibilities for WAN activities in those regions.

From 2000 to 2001, Steinke worked at Scient Corporation as the VP and General Manager of Talent Acquisition. Mark R. built the recruiting function in Europe, Asia, and North America, managing it during a period of explosive revenue growth. Mark R. successfully decreased the cost per hire and expanded recruiting operations, with a $30 million annual budget.

Steinke then joined AE Business Solutions as the Managing Director from 2001 to 2003. Mark R. was responsible for the complete operation of the consulting division, driving business development, revenue growth, and staff development. During their tenure, they significantly increased the organization's consulting revenue and billable utilization.

At SAP, Steinke served as the Global Vice President from 2003 to 2010. Mark R. developed a world-class recruiting organization, managing talent acquisition across multiple regions. Mark R. also contributed to strategy development and implemented scalable recruiting functions that improved efficiency and reduced costs.

From 2010 to 2011, Steinke held the position of Corporate Global Vice President at SunGard, establishing a global talent acquisition function in regions including Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India.

As the President and Chief Operating Officer at Candex Technologies, Ltd. from 2011 to 2013, Steinke focused on the operational delivery of profitable revenue growth, sales, marketing, finance, and personnel. Mark R.'sefforts resulted in a 50% increase in revenue.

From 2013 to 2014, Steinke worked as the Global Vice President at CSC. Mark R. led the development of smart, technology-enabled solutions for clients and played a vital role in the company's commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations.

Currently, Steinke holds the position of Elite Master Business Coach for Business Owners & Executives and Focal Point Coaching Area Developer at Focal Point Business Coaching of Pennsylvania. Mark R. works with business owners and executives to implement customized solutions, allowing them to focus on crucial aspects of their business.
