Steven DeVries

Steven DeVries has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Steven currently works as a Certified Business & Executive Coach at FocalPoint, where they help business leaders and owners achieve their goals and improve their business performance. Prior to this, Steven served as the Chief Operating Officer at Excellims Corporation, a company specializing in ion mobility solutions for chemical detection. In this role, they oversaw the manufacturing and development of chemical analysis products. Steven also worked as the General Manager at Pion Inc., supporting pharmaceutical drug development programs with scientific instruments and research services. Steven's previous role at Equipment Depot involved leading the turnaround of a forklift dealership, where they rebuilt the organizational structure and management team. Before that, they served as the General Manager at DJ Instruments, a Roper Technologies Company, where they focused on the growth of custom pressure, load, and torque sensor business in various markets. Prior to that, they worked in different roles at DJ Instruments, a Pizen Inc. Co., including Vice President / COO and various managerial positions in purchasing, materials, and operations. Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a focus on driving growth and improving organizational performance.

Steven DeVries earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they attended from 1993 to 1998. Steven later pursued further education and completed an MBA in Management at the same institution from 2004 to 2008.
