Disha Shukla is the Head of Human Resources at Focalworks Solutions Private Limited since September 2021. Prior to this, Disha held the same position at Nazara Technologies Limited from July 2017 to November 2021. With experience in leading HR operations and strategies at companies such as Abans Group and Reliance Industries Limited, Disha has proven expertise in building entrepreneurial culture and enhancing employer reputation. Disha holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, along with a PGDHR in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
