Adrian Grubb

Adrian Grubb, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at GoTo Foods since May 2025. Previously, Adrian held the position of Vice President of Strategic Operations & Learning and Development at Dine Brands Global from March 2018 to February 2025, where contributions to enterprise initiatives resulted in $3.3 billion in annual sales. Adrian’s experience also includes roles as Executive Director of Learning and Development, Director of Training and Implementations at Bypass POS, Manager of Training Systems and Organizational Development at Krispy Kreme, and Director of Training and Development at Alabama State Port Authority. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Development, both from the University of South Alabama.
