At Macy's, they led teams focused on modernizing Macy's technology stack and the company's warehouse management system using cloud technologies. Amalesh also worked at The Home Depot as a Software Engineering Manager from 2010 to 2019, where they led the development of the first Warehouse Management System on Google Cloud Platform to support the company's One Supply Chain initiative. Additionally, Amalesh has experience working at IBM as a Managing Consultant and at Manhattan Associates as a Consultant. Amalesh started their career as an Industrial Engineer at Georgia Pacific Corp.
Amalesh Panse earned a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Supply Chain Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005.
