Erin Glass has a diverse work experience history. Erin started their career in 2000 as a Software Engineer at Verizon. From 2000 to 2006, they also worked as a Sr. Consultant at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting). In 2008, Erin joined Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Brand Manager and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Brand Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC. Erin then moved on to work as a Menu Strategy & Development Consultant at Chick-fil-A Corporate from 2016 to 2019. During the same period, they also worked as a Sr. Consultant at Stratfield Consulting. Erin joined Inspire Brands in 2019 as a Manager of Innovation & Product Development at Buffalo Wild Wings and held the position until 2024. Currently, Erin is serving as the Director of Menu Strategy & Innovation at Jamba within Focus Brands LLC.
