Garrett Fadden

Garrett Fadden has a diverse work experience, primarily in the IT field. Garrett started their career at WAND Corporation as a POS Installer, managing installations for quick service restaurant chains and training teams on the new systems. Garrett then joined Buffalo Wild Wings, where they held various roles, including Manager of POS Menu and IT-Team Lead. In these positions, they oversaw the configuration and maintenance of Point of Sale systems and Back Office systems.

Since 2016, Garrett has been working at Focus Brands LLC. Garrett has progressively advanced in the organization, starting as Manager of IT Retail Systems and eventually becoming Vice President of Retail IT. In their current role, Garrett is responsible for leading the retail IT systems team, consolidating team members and multiple teams, recruiting talent, and providing continued education for team members. Garrett introduced protocols for Problem Management and Change Management, optimized support systems, and achieved a reduction in payroll costs.

Garrett Fadden obtained an Associate's Degree in E-Commerce from Brown College, completing their education from 2001 to 2003.
