Iris Sauls

Iris Sauls has a strong background in strategy, digital transformation, and consulting. Iris is currently working as the Sr. Director of Strategy at Focus Brands LLC, where they started in November 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Director of Digital Transformation at the same company from January to November 2023. Before joining Focus Brands LLC, Iris worked at Thought Logic Consulting as a Sr. Managing Consultant from May 2019 to January 2023, and as a Principal from January 2017 to April 2019. Iris also worked at North Highland as a Principal from September 2005 to January 2017. Prior to that, Iris held the position of Director of Replenishment at Lowe's Companies from December 2003 to September 2005. Iris started their career at Kurt Salmon Associates as a Manager from July 1997 to November 2003. Iris also gained early work experience as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Intel, Corp from January 1996 to September 1996.

Iris Sauls holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Iris also has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
