Rhonda Knabb

Rhonda Knabb is an experienced IT technical writer currently employed at Focus Brands LLC since July 2023. Previous roles include serving as a Database Researcher III at Broward County Public Schools, where management of the Florida Department of Education’s online testing project took place. Rhonda held various positions at Synergistix, MetiLinx, JDA Software, and Aderant, progressing from technical writer to managerial roles while overseeing software documentation, training, and project management. Important contributions include the implementation of software enhancements, the redesign of support websites, and effective client communication.
