Tarek Zarkawi

Tarek Zarkawi has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in franchise management and operations. Tarek most recently served as the Business Director at Focus Brands International, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Franchise, Operations, and Training Manager for Burger King in the Middle East from 1998 to 2000. Before that, they worked at Yum Brands in the Middle East Support Center as the Regional Franchise Support Manager for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell from 1994 to 1998.

Tarek Zarkawi obtained a B.Sc. degree in Hotel Management from the Faculty of Tourism & Hotel Management at Alexandria University from 1984 to 1987.
