Victoria Badiola

Victoria Badiola has extensive experience in the marketing field. Victoria is currently the Vice President of Marketing for McAlister's Deli, a renowned fast casual restaurant chain with over 500 locations. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Brand Marketing at McAlister's Deli. Before joining McAlister's Deli, Victoria spent several years at The Coca-Cola Company, where they held various positions, including Brand Director for Gold Peak, Director of Platform Innovation, and Senior Brand Manager for POWERADE & POWERADE ZERO. Victoria also worked as an Associate Brand Manager for NOS Energy Drink. Victoria's early career included a role as a Customer Business Analyst at Unilever and a brand management internship at Pepperidge Farm.

Victoria Badiola obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they hold certifications in Digital Advertising and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, obtained in April 2021. Victoria also completed the Coca-Cola LEAP 2.0 Harvard Program through Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2020.
