Lisa Snow

Lisa provides guidance to Focus and its partner firms on legal and regulatory developments, best practices and industry trends. She also provides guidance on new business and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Focus, she was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at an SEC-registered investment adviser to hedge and private equity funds. Previously, she served as Vice President and General Counsel, Corporate at TIAA-CREF where she provided guidance on the regulation of investment advisers, broker-dealers and investment companies and to portfolio managers in connection with their investment management activities. Lisa began her career at Seward & Kissel, LLP.

Lisa earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. cum laude with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
