Patrick O'Gara

Patrick O'Gara has extensive experience in tax and corporate finance. Patrick started their career as a Tax Senior at BDO USA, LLP in 1991, and then worked as a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1993 to 1997. Patrick then became the Corporate Tax Director at International Flavors & Fragrances, where they worked from 1997 to 2005. After that, they served as the VP of Tax and Corporate Secretary at Comtech Telecommunications Corp from 2005 to 2016. Currently, they are the Corporate Tax Director at Focus Financial Partners, a position they have held since 2016.

Patrick O'Gara holds a BA degree in Accounting from Queens College, which they completed between 1987 and 1991. Patrick then pursued an MS degree in Taxation from Long Island University, which they earned from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from NYS.
